We met restaurant owner Aimee in the spring when she was finally ready to transform the business she’d purchased at the end of 2020. It was Aimee’s vision to turn Bleu Squid into an eatery reflective of her personal tastes and to cater to more guests and different groups of diners.

Her plan? Extended hours, shared plates, creative cocktails, and an evolved menu featuring some Bleu Squid standbys plus a fun twist on almost everything else. 🥗🥓🥘🧆🍳🥞🍴🍹🍸

Our team heard the concept and got to work developing a new brand and image for the establishment Aimee would be proud to slap her name on.
